Refund & Replacement Policy

At GAIJI, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to product category (gadgets, accessories, personal-use items), returns and refunds are restricted and apply only under specific conditions.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a replacement or refund **only if:**
- โ The item arrived damaged, broken, or defective
- โ You received the wrong product
- โ The product is completely non-functional upon delivery
2. Prepaid Orders Only
Refunds and returns are only available for **Prepaid Orders**.
Orders placed with **Cash on Delivery (COD)** are **NOT eligible** for returns, refunds, or cancellations unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
3. Time Window for Request
Refund or replacement requests must be made **within 48 hours** of delivery. Requests made after this time may not be accepted.
4. Proof Required
To process a claim, you must submit the following:
- ๐ธ Clear photo of the product
- ๐ฅ Unboxing video (mandatory for physical damage claims)
- ๐ฆ Photo of packaging and shipping label
- ๐งพ Order number and contact details
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Cashfree.
- ๐ณ UPI / Wallets / Card Refunds: 3โ7 business days
- ๐ฆ Bank Refunds: 5โ10 business days
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Used or damaged products not caused during delivery
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- COSMETIC or minor scratches not affecting function
- Certain hygiene or wearable gadgets (case-by-case)
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Prepaid orders may be canceled only if the item has not yet been dispatched.
